YOUR AMEN IS POWERFUL

“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 (KJV)
In my many years of ministry, I discovered that many people don’t understand the full import of the Amen power. Many don’t understand what happens when we say Amen. The word Amen appeared 73 times in the Bible—20 times in the Old Testament and 53 times in the New Testament. But more or less, it has become a religious cliché to many Christians. It has become a ritual. What we say at the end of a prayer or to affirm something with one another. You can hardly count how many times we gather in church without saying Amen. If the Bible has that number of Amen in the book, we must understand what happens when we say Amen.
When you say Amen, you are saying it is true that God is faithful to fulfil what He said. You are saying that it is certain that it will happen. You are saying that you are sure. You are saying so be it!
Beloved, be bold and audacious whenever you want to speak the scriptures. Say it out loud. You know only the enemy will not want you to speak the scriptures. There is power in pronouncing and declaring the word of God.
God doesn’t say yes when He means no. He doesn’t function like that. Therefore, every promise of God in Christ is Amen. The Lord has already said Amen!
In other words, heaven has already said Amen, whatever your need is. You are not waiting for heaven to say no. Heaven already said Amen. You have to say Amen for your husband. Say Amen for your wife. Say Amen for your child. Say Amen for a house. Say Amen for the anointing. Say Amen for peace in your home. Say Amen for a long life. Say Amen for a breakthrough in your academics. Heaven has already spoken; you need to speak in agreement.
