YOU HAVE A RETURN MECHANISM
By Bishop Mike Okonkwo

Friday 27th December 2024

“Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.” Isaiah 51:11 (KJV)

There is always a bounce-back mechanism for believers in Christ. The Bible says that the redeemed of the Lord shall return. We always return. No matter how far we have gone and how low we are, the redeemed of the Lord will always bounce back. I declare that you are returning with singing, testimony, dancing, and rejoicing. Whatever has caused you sorrow, mourning, anxiety, frustration, and discouragement shall flee away from you.

Proverbs 24:16 says: “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again…” They just can never fall and remain there. There is nothing like a fatal failure for you as a believer. Psalm 37:24 says: “Though he falls, he will not be totally cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with His hand.” In other words, even if he falls, he is bouncing back. You will bounce back from every setback. You have that come-back mechanism inside you. Why will the Lord uphold you with His hands? Because there is something He has put inside you. The God of all hope will ensure that you rise with joy.

There is hope for you because God has put you in His own program. You are part of God’s agenda. You are not an accident of birth. You are part of His plan and design. There is no way you will end up in disgrace or embarrassment.

The book of Jeremiah 1:5 tells us that before you were formed in your mother’s womb, God knew you and planned what you would become. You will fulfil everything God has spoken concerning you. You will accomplish everything written in the volume of books concerning you. Nothing will stop you from achieving them. The land will celebrate you. Doors will open for you.
