SPEAK GOD’S WORD TO YOURSELF

“Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;” Ephesians 5:19 (KJV)
The challenge many believers face is that they doubt what God has spoken. And that is exactly what the devil wants. Often we fail to receive manifestations because we allow our circumstances to speak to us. We allow the pressure to speak to us. We allow the billboards and social media to speak negative things to us, rather than listen to what God has spoken. What you do with what God has spoken in times of challenges is what determines how you come out.
When you start to question whether what God told you is so, you will never see manifestations.
The other day, after the death of Moses, God came to Joshua and said to him: “Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.”(Joshua 1:2 KJV). Joshua began to wonder how he would carry out God’s mandate. God said I am going to be with you and also give you a template. And what is the template?, This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”(Joshua 1:8 KJV).
Your mouth is so critical. God wants you to speak the word. He is not going to speak it for you. Speak to yourself what God has said concerning you. You are the one to make the declarations. You are the one to speak to yourself. The more you speak to yourself, the more you be like it, the more you speak to yourself, the more changes are taking place. Pretty soon, you will begin to have the results that you expect.
This is not the time to speak what the devil is saying. There is so much pressure around the world to speak what the devil is doing but decide in your heart to speak the word of God.
