REMAIN FAITHFUL

“Most men will proclaim everyone his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?” (Proverbs 20:6 KJV)
I feel constrained in my spirit to encourage you to remain faithful unto the Lord at all times despite the temptations to compromise your faith. You will agree with me that these days, faithfulness has become a rare commodity. As a result, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find faithful men and women, both in the private and public sectors. The scripture in the book of 2 Timothy 3:1-2 (NKJV) says it all: “But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,”
As a new creation, it is the will of God that you are faithful wherever you find yourself. Faithfulness is a very vital ingredient if you desire to be promoted here on earth. God wants you to reign, but you can only receive all He has ordained for you when you align with His laid-down principles. In other words, you must live by faith and take a quality decision to be different. You cannot afford to join those who are doing evil just because they are getting quick results. You are not like the world. Therefore, remain steadfast for your faithfulness is about to speak for you.
If the God you serve is both faithful and dependable, then, the necessity is laid on you, to show yourself faithful at work, and in your relationship with others. It has nothing to do with how you feel or what you are going through. But it has everything to do with the fact that you are a kingdom person. You are a recipient of grace. Grace is an enabler. Grace empowers you to do more. Yet not in your own strength but in God’s strength because the empowering grace of God has been poured upon you.
How have you been handling your work or business? Are you in the habit of looking for excuses not to come to work? If you want to be promoted, then you must be at your duty post even when no one is supervising you. Stay Faithful!
