MARRIAGE IS HONOURABLE

“Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.” Hebrews 13:4 (KJV)
Today, we live in a world where perversion has become the order of the day. People have various interpretations of marriage, and many are asking: why should I even marry? Beloved, I have come to tell you that marriage is good and honourable.
Just like you will not discard hospitals because you met a bad doctor, in the same way, you will not throw away the concept of marriage because you experienced a broken home. The fact that you know many homes that are not working does not mean yours will not work. Even if you are a product of a broken home, you can still have a beautiful, loving, and fulfilling relationship with your spouse. Do not get caught in the web of generalization.
Today I hear things like “all men cheat”, that is a lie from the very pit of hell. The fact that you know men that cheated on their wives does not mean your husband will cheat on you. Do not accept that lie. It is time to turn to the word of God and build yourself on the word. Do not let the world define your world, you are from another kingdom, your Father and King is God, and, in the Kingdom, He has the capacity to make all things beautiful, including your home.
As you plan to celebrate love, stop, and ask yourself, what is love to you? If you are already married, is this the kind of home you want? If it is not, don’t give up on it, do not just walk away, seek help. Talk to a Marital Coach, seek counsel and the Lord will restore your home. If you are not yet married, the time to lay the right foundation is NOW. Ask yourself: what kind of home do I want? Write it down, align it with the scriptures, and put it in prayer. While praying for that home, begin to also work on yourself. Be the kind of man/woman you will love to marry, and God will bring the right man/woman your way.
