GOD MAKES YOU RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO DO RIGHT

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV)
For a child of God to expect something bad simply because he did something wrong is not in line with the New Testament belief. While there are consequences for doing what is wrong in your life, don’t put it on God. God is a good God.
For you to be right with God in the Old Testament, you had to do right. The laws were given to be followed completely. If you kept them, then you were right with God. But in the covenant of Grace, the way God does it is that even in your bad condition, God makes you right. And because you are right with God, then, you will do right.
In the covenant of the law, you do right to be right. In other words, you cannot be accepted to be right when you have not done right. But in the covenant of Grace, God says because of what His Son has done for you, you are right. And because you are right, you can now do right.
The day you gave your life to Christ, God declared you His Son. God did not ask you to clean up first before you can be born again. All you simply did was receive Jesus Christ into your heart, and you became a child of God. In that instant, you were delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of His dear Son. You became a believer, a new creation, old things passed away, and all things became new, and in that moment, you were heaven-bound.
