FAILURE IS NOT THE END OF LIFE
Dr. Mike Okonkwo

“Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.:” Micah 7:8 KJV

Today, I want to stir up your spirit. I want to remind you that failure is not the end of life. Failure is not the end of anything. It is a normal occurrence in life. Failure becomes an issue when you refuse to get up. The critical aspect of success is what you do when you fail. If you have never failed before, it means you have never tried anything. Those who don’t try are the people who never fail.

Walt Disney was considered lacking in imagination and having no original ideas. That is why the newspaper he worked for fired him, but he went on to develop a whole new concept with his imagination. With the same thing they said he didn’t have, he was able to prove them wrong. If he made it, you can make it. The owner of Kentucky fried Chicken failed until the age of 65.
Everything he was involved in failed right from age four. As a matter of fact, he wanted to commit suicide. But as he was writing his will at the age of 65, he remembered one thing he did well amongst many things he did that failed. He could cook well. Today at the age of 88, he is a billionaire. Age did not hinder him. He found out the one thing he could do well and he decided to do it.

Beloved, failure is not failure until you quit trying. You fail when you refuse to get up and try something else. There is always a way to get something done. There is always a way! You may not have found it that is why you should keep on seeking until you find it. Don’t quit! Quitters don’t win, and winners don’t quit! Those who win will always lose at some points, but they keep going. Some of you are where you are because you are afraid to fail. What does it matter if you fail? If you fail, get up and keep going. You will make it in the end.
