CALL IT WHAT GOD CALLS IT

“(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.”
Romans 4:17 (KJV)
The scriptures tell us in the Book of Genesis Chapter 12 that God went to a heathen land and called out a man by the name of Abram from an idol-worshipping background. God told him to come out from his country, his kindred, and his family to a land that He would show him because He was going to make him a great nation.
Initially, Abraham had doubts, so when Sarah made the suggestion, he bought it and went into Hagar and Ishmael was produced. And for thirteen years, God did not speak again. In other words, God was telling Abraham: ‘Until you are ready to believe what I said concerning you, nothing is going to happen’.
God knows how to make dead things come alive again. Therefore, any dead thing in your life is coming alive right away. You are not called to call the things that be as though they are, No! You are to call things that are not as though they are. Presently, healing is not, prosperity is not, but we call them as though they are there. Are you ready to receive your blessing? Then you must call it as if it is there. You are not to call those things that you are experiencing. Calling those things you are experiencing does not change anything.
Believe means calling those things that are not visible that you desire into manifestation. What do you desire today? What are your expectations? What do you want God to do for you? The scriptures tell us that Abraham, who was against hope, believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, “…So shall thy seed be.” Romans 4:18 (KJV). Everything around Abraham was crying it will never happen but Abraham against all hope believed in hope according to that which was spoken. Abraham’s faith was according to the Word of God, not according to what he was experiencing.
