Living healthy is not easy just as navigating life generally is not. It takes a lot of consistency and effort.
● Design a meal plan for your household for a day or two using the
basic principles of building a balanced plate as earlier discussed.
● Incorporate foods from all food groups
● Ensure to consider portion sizes, variety and balance
● Also consider factors like budget, time constraints and personal/family
preferences
