BELIEVE GOD BEYOND THE CHALLENGE
By Bishop Mike Okonkwo

“And the woman conceived and bare a son; and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.” Exodus 2:2 (KJV)

Recently, while studying the scriptures, I learned that what was said about “believing” in the Old and New Testaments is the same. Can we truly trust this God? Can we trust him beyond our tablets and injections? The people who make cars have spare parts. Who told you that God does not have spare parts for your body? If makers of automobiles have spare parts, how much more God? He has got spare parts for any damaged organ in your body. The issue is, can you believe it?

Other parents did not believe their children would live, but Moses’ parents said this is a proper child God gave us. And they believed God to preserve him. Other children became food for the crocodile in the Nile, but Amram and Jochebed held on to their baby. And God did not fail them. Mose was supernaturally preserved in the camp of the enemy.

God knows how to deal with your enemies. He knows how to solve your problems. I don’t know what the enemy did to you, but God is bigger than that enemy. No matter the health, financial, family, business, career, or educational challenge, your God is bigger, and He will carry you through.

God’s people were in slavery and captivity for four hundred years. That is enough time never to believe anything again. If you have been in a problem for one year or two, you will probably become used to it. Here, we are talking about four hundred years. So they must have gotten used to it. But God had spoken that they would come out. It didn’t look like it, but Jehovah had spoken. And as sure as that word has gone forth, God raised Moses to deliver His people at the appropriate time.

Today, I declare an end to every form of captivity in your life. The colourful destiny that the Lord has packaged for you shall be fulfilled.
