BECOME AN INSTRUMENT TO SUSTAIN THE PROPHETIC VOICE

“So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days. The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke by Elijah.” I Kings 17:15-16 (NKJV)

We live in a toxic environment. We are sometimes almost frustrated, thinking that God will not show up. But we serve a faithful God. He is a very present help in times of need. The enemy will not have the last say in your life. Never think that God abandons you when you are facing challenges. We have an assurance in His Word that you cannot be stranded. “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.” (Isaiah 43:2 NKJV)

The widow of Zarephath thought it was over. She was about to prepare the last meal for her and her son to eat and die. But God saw her. God has seen you! He has seen you in your situation. He has seen you in your challenge. Notice that God sent Prophet Elijah to this widow. And the Prophet of God said to the widow: “…. make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterwards make some for yourself and your son.”(I Kings 17:13 NKJV).

The widow obeyed. And the miracle happened when the man of God was fed. There is a miracle that happens when you have a Prophetic connection. You will enjoy the blessings that come through Prophetic connection when you position yourself to take care of a Prophetic voice. When you care for a Prophetic voice, God has a way of protecting and providing for you. When you adequately care for and sustain a Prophetic voice, Heaven responds positively. As long as the widow sustained a Prophetic voice, God ensured she never suffered any lack.
