BE ROOTED IN CHRIST

“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.”
Colossians 2:6-7 (KJV)
As believers, we have a responsibility not only to be rooted and built up in Christ. To be rooted in Christ is to be rooted in the truth. To be rooted in Christ is to be rooted in your identity to the point that nothing moves. Those who are rooted never fall for the lies of the enemy. “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” (Colossians 2:8-9 KJV). Did you see that? You are God’s headquarters! And not only that, the scripture further declares: “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:” (Colossians 2:10 KJV).
You are complete in Him who is the head of witches and wizards. Christ is the AUTHORITY over any authority, both good and bad. So how can that witch stop you? This is the truth you must be rooted in. You are the light of the world. Arise shine, for thy light, is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
Can light appear and darkness prevail? No! When light appears, darkness disappears. If witches and wizards are terrorizing you, better examine your salvation and faith as a believer because what Jesus did is completely complete and perfectly perfect. If a witch is comfortable around you, examine your salvation.
Jesus doesn’t play on words. If I am light and I enter a dark room, will the darkroom say you cannot shine? Never! The reason why some believers are afraid of witches and wizards is because of the kind of teachings they have received over a period of time from various places of worship they visit.
Beloved, I encourage you today to take your place in Christ. In Him, you are more than conquerors. In Him, you are righteous.
