ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

“Jesus said unto him, if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
Mark 9:23 (KJV)
A man came to Jesus when they were coming down from the mount of transfiguration and said to Him: my son has been in this condition since he was born. I have brought him for your disciples to heal him, but they couldn’t. He further said to Jesus, if there is anything you can do for me, do it. But Jesus turned it around and said, it is not about what I can do but what you can believe.
Child of God, I don’t know how long you have been in that situation you are facing. My question to you is, if this situation has not killed you up till now, is it now that it will kill you? That child had suffered it since he was born, and it had not killed him; how much more now that he was brought to Jesus? Think of it! You’ve been in it for years, and you are still around. We are not looking at your photograph; it is you. Now that you have decided to settle it with God, will he not attend to you?
I love what the man did in verse 24, “And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” In other words, since the issue is about believing, even if my belief is not strong enough, help my unbelief. So, God is on your side, whichever way you look at it. Since he didn’t know whether his belief was up to par, he knew that Jesus could help his unbelief.
Beloved, God wants to help you. I don’t know what it is, but I know God is set to release you completely from everything the enemy has done. No matter the number of years, I know your story will change. The devil has no choice but to obey the word of the resurrected Lord. It is a new day for you.
